Location:  

East 105th Street and Superior 

The event takes place on East 105th Street, between Ashbury and Superior Avenue

GENERAL TIMING: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Vendors set-up from 9:00am to 10:30am

Event begins at 11:00am

Event ends at 5:00pm

Vendors tear-down from 5:00pm to 6:30am

 

AS PART OF YOUR VENDOR FEE, EACH TENTED VENDOR IS SUPPLIED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • One yellow 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (set up prior to your arrival)
  • One 4’ x 8’ collapsable table
  • Two folding chairs
  • Additional items may be added later in the season.
  • Subject to availability, additional equipment may be rented on the day of the event.
  • Additional tents will not be available for rent day of the event. Any vendor assigned multiple tents will be informed in writing prior to the event and be required to pay 'out of district' costs, regardless of business location. 

 

Pricing

OUT-OF-DISTRICT PARTICIPANTS:

$90 for participating vendors

IN-DISTRICT VENDORS:

$50 for participating vendors
