Vendor Applications

East 105th Street and Superior 

The event takes place on East 105th Street, between Ashbury and Superior Avenue

GENERAL TIMING: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Vendors set-up from 11 am to 12:30 pm

Event begins at 1 pm

Event ends at 6 pm

Vendors tear-down from 6 pm to 7 pm

 

AS PART OF YOUR VENDOR FEE, EACH TENTED VENDOR IS SUPPLIED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • One red 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (set up prior to your arrival)
  • One 4’ x 8’ collapsable table
  • Two folding chairs
  • Additional items may be added later in the season.
  • Subject to availability, additional equipment may be rented on the day of the event.
  • Additional tents will not be available for rent day of the event. Any vendor assigned multiple tents will be informed in writing prior to the event and be required to pay 'out of district' costs, regardless of business location.

$90 for participating vendors

IN-DISTRICT VENDORS:

$50 for participating vendors

Terms and Conditions
Application Details *
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified if you are accepted and receive a vendor packet with all the necessary information to participate, including set-up times, and other logistical details! We do not offer season passes therefore, acceptance to one event does not imply acceptance to all events. You will be notified in a timely manner what events you are assigned to participate. Gather In Glenville is a dynamic event, with limited space. In order to deliver the best experience, we need the flexibility to make changes to the vendor pool, but we try to be as inclusive as possible! We have a rolling application process, so tell your friends! Gather In Glenville reserves the right to deny your participation in any or all of the events at any time. Should this need to happen, and we hope it doesn’t, you will receive a full refund prior to the event, provided you did not break any rules or guidelines. Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’. Additional space may be assigned to vendors on a case by case basis, and for an additional fee. No booth sharing is allowed unless approved in advance. Each vendor is required to use the tents provided through the event. If you have specific requirements, please let us know so we can work something out! More information will be given in the vendor packet following acceptance however, dedicated vendor parking will be available and vendors will situationally be allowed to drive to their assigned area to unload.
Invoicing and Payment *
When you are accepted to Gather In Glenville, you will be provided with an invoice and payment details. You will be required to pay according to the ‘pay by date’ on the invoice or you run the risk of losing your spot. Any payments made on or after the Monday directly before Gather In Glenville will be subject to a $50 late fee. We cannot give refunds for vendors fees but we will work with you if something unexpected happens!
Permitting *
All vendors are required to abide by all City, State and Federal Regulations. In your vendor packet, we will provide information relative to what we believe you will need to participate. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the proper documentation submitted to Gather In Glenville prior to the day of the event. If you need help, let us know! Gather In Glenville is not responsible if you do not have the proper documentation or fail to produce the required documentation at the event. You will not be allowed to participate without the proper documentation. No exceptions. It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by all applicable tax laws.
Release *
The submission of this application releases all rights or claims in connection with all photo(s)/videotape collected in connection with Gather In Glenville. The aforementioned material will be used for promotional purposes and you agree to waive any right to inspection or approval over the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photographs, negatives and videotapes and other materials will be the sole property of Gather In Glenville.
Waivers *
Through submitting this application you forever discharge any and all rights, and claims for damages, demands, or actions which we may have or may hereafter accrue to us against Gather In Glenville, Famicos Foundation, Inc., Small Organization Solutions L.L.C., City of Cleveland, events sponsors, affiliate organizations, and its affiliated owners, volunteers, and all other related entities for any damage to personal belongings or merchandise and for all injuries suffered, even death, in connection with your participation in Gather In Glenville, including but not limited to marketing, set-up, event attendance, breakdown, and clean-up.
