The event takes place on East 105th Street, between Ashbury and Superior Avenue

Vendors set-up from 11 am to 12:30 pm
Event begins at 1 pm
Event ends at 6 pm
Vendors tear-down from 6 pm to 7 pm
AS PART OF YOUR VENDOR FEE, EACH TENTED VENDOR IS SUPPLIED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
One red 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (set up prior to your arrival)
One 4’ x 8’ collapsable table
Two folding chairs
Additional items may be added later in the season.
Subject to availability, additional equipment may be rented on the day of the event.
Additional tents will not be available for rent day of the event. Any vendor assigned multiple tents will be informed in writing prior to the event and be required to pay 'out of district' costs, regardless of business location.
